I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Connect the iPhone to the Windows 10 system.

2. Right click on Start and navigate to Control Panel > Autoplay.

3. Make sure the option Use Autoplay for all media and devices is checked.

4. Search for the iPhone device and select the option Ask me every time from the drop-down menu next to the device

    and then check.
