I was just trying to remove a malware called winsnare from my pc as it keeps on coming back. But after I restart my pc, it got stuck at the black screen with loading spinning circle and this never happened before. I tried to diagnose at startup but it couldn’t do it. I tried to restore by using the system restore and it won’t do it. Help me 🙁
