Q. I have recently upgraded to Win 10, when trying to print wireless I get a message the printer is offline. I have updated drivers, and connected the printer.
I use a laptop, upgraded from Win 7, and was printing just before the upgrade.
Answer.
You could try and restart the “print spooler” service. This works for me.
Not sure why this happens but it use to happen frequently in windows 8 when the wireless dropped out the printers would go offline but when wireless connected again the printers still reported offline.
