Q. When I left my computer on the idle around 5 minutes “Microsoft.Photos.exe” show up on the task manager it uses around 30% cpu, 0% disk. This goes until I move the mouse. The second I touch move the mouse it disappears on the task manager. I couldn’t find any solution to this or what is the cause.

Does anyone knows what is the cause of this and how can I fix this?
