If your trying to remove a Microsoft Account and you want to use a User Account instead then you should first add an account. this is probably because you have signed out of the User Account when you logged into the Microsoft Account.After these steps you would have to login into the User Account from where you can remove a Microsoft Account or keep it there for when you might next need it.

First step click on Settings.

Then go to Accounts.

Click on Your Accounts/Your Email and Accounts

Click on Sign in with Local Account Instead.

Then create a Password.
