How to Enable ActiveX on Windows 10

Q. I am using Windows 10…upgraded from 8.1. I use Canon’s Image Browser for my camera/picture. It worked fine until today. I get a message that I must enable ActiveX but I do not know how to do that. I am somewhat illiterate with computers (just enuff to be dangerous). Does anyone know how I can enable ActiveX?
