First check if its already installed:

If its not installed, check if you have an N edition of Windows 10 installed.
Press Windows key + R
Type: winver
Hit Enter
Look if it says Windows 10 Pro N or Windows 10 Home N
If it does, you need to install the Media Feature Pack:
