If I understand this correctly, the MCT will put an .iso file directly onto the flash drive, which is bootable on any windows ready PC. OR, do I have to make the flash drive bootable first? And will I have to reformat it from NTFS to FAT32, or will the MCT do that automatically? I say that because I am told only FAT32 flash drives are bootable for Windows. Also, most new computers have UEFI firmware.
