Q. So basically, I wanted to reset my laptop and I tried to reset my laptop to keep my windows 10 but once my laptop restarted it said there was a problem while restarting and it said the same thing when I tried to factory reset. So can anyone help me why I can’t reset my laptop?

In this case, if Windows 10 Reset fails, I suggest you download the Windows 10 ISO through the Media Creation tool from another computer and then perform a repair of the operating system on the affected system.
(Refer to the section Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool in the above article for creating the tool).
Once you have the installation media, follow the steps:
1. Start your computer from the installation media. Insert the disk or USB stick and restart your computer. If you see a message asking you to Press any key to boot from DVD, do so. Next, in the Install Windows page, tap click on Repair your computer to start the Windows Recovery Environment.
2. In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot.
3. Click, Advanced Options and then click on Startup Repair.
Note: The Startup Repair log file will be located at: C:\Windows\System32\Logfile\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
Important: You might require to change the boot priority in BIOS in order to allow the computer to boot from CD/DVD or USB.
