A service is running named Alljoyn Router Service

I am using Win 10 Pro. Today I discovered a service which is running and is named Alljoyn Router Service. I don’t find any relevant information regarding this service in the Internet. Is is a necessary service for Windows or is a malicious one? I ran a scan with AVG, Malwarebytes and Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool but none of them detected any threat. 

It’s not malicious.
